Dataset Identification:

Resource Abstract:
This data set was acquired with a ship-based Navigation system during Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP0508 conducted in 2005 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Patrick Neale). These data files are of MGDS:Nav format and include Primary Navigation data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Collaborative Research: Interactive Effects of UV Radiation and Vertical Mixing on Phytoplankton and Bacterioplankton in the Ross Sea and Interactive Effects of UV Radiation and Vertical Mixing on Phytoplankton and Bacterial Productivity of Ross See Phaeocystis Blooms, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT01-25818, ANT01-27022, and ANT01-27037.
