This data set was acquired with a Satellite during Nathaniel B. Palmer expedition NBP0806 conducted in 2008 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Ken L. Smith). These data files are of GIF (Image) format and include Meteorological images that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Free drifting icebergs: Influence of floating islands on pelagic ecosystems in the Weddell Sea, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): ANT06-50034.
